Diving Gannets

I never quite got the picture I was after on my recent diving gannets trip. I was hoping to get one almost kissing the seas surface before plunging down to grab a fish. I did however come fairly close.

These three resemble a poorly synchronised diving team as they make their dives.

These two were well matched unlike the photographers lens control.

And finally one emerges with its prize as another goes looking for his.
